Since May 2018, INDOEDUC4ALL HEIs project partners have been replicating the Innovative Training Plan on Inclusion and Disability  within their institutions by organizing different workshops and trainings replications with their own staff from Student Support Centers. More than 60 individuals from each Indonesian HEIs in the Consortium attended the training replications, adding up to at least 360 HEIs professionals who have benefitted directly from these capacity building actions.
 
The Workshops contents draw upon the Innovative Training Plan and its formative materials which were developed at the early stages of the project by combing European expertise on inclusion and disability with Indonesian knowledge of the context and case studies. The topics addressed in the modules tackles issues such as autism spectrum, visual impairments, mental health, hearing impairments and needs assessment methodologies. Materials, handout and teaching strategies were tailored to HEIs professionals necessities, according to Needs Analysis previously carried within the framework of the project and the input of the Students Support Center staff during the first rounds of trainings.
 
The activity is comprised within the framework of WP2 Modernization and Strengthening of Human Capital and related to task 2.3 Delivery of train the trainers courses which will contribute to build up inclusive skillset portfolio among Indonesian HEIs and increase knowledge and awareness on these issues within their own institutions.
